Your New Password must have 8-14 characters which cannot all be capitals, and it must have at least one number and at least one nonalphanumeric character that is not a quotation mark, a hyphen, or the less-than character (<).

Your new password cannot contain your username, "password" or parts of "password," "region," or other obvious phrases such as "dbhdid," your entity's name, "impact" or parts of "impact," the current year, etc.

For the New Password, the system will not let you change or move the number(s) or special character(s) in your Current Password while keeping the same alphabetic string.

If you get an error message and it is still displayed after you make corrections, you might have to click the Submit button twice to submit your New Password.
